I think I'm going to post the dinner list on Tuesday or Wednesday- and have it go through Monday of the next week. And just because I post it- I still have the right to change it for whatever I crave that night. :) This is more of a guideline for me, but it has saved me hours of headache to not search through all my recipes every night to decide what I'm eating.
Tuesday- Whole Wheat Blender Pancakes- DELICIOUS- EASY- and NUTRITIOUS! Thanks again Kristi for the recipe- I am still in your debt!
Wednesday- Grilled Pineapple gourmet burgers! We're just making up the recipe as we go. I think it sounds delicious!
Thursday- Chicken Lo Mein- family recipe- easy to make though- just veggies and chicken marinated in a soy sauce, brown sugar, and some other spices I can't remember now- and cooked in a skillet.
Friday- CAMPING! I haven't decided what camp food to make- just tin foil dinners or cheesy potatoes- or being more creative- what's your favorite camping dinner?
Saturday- Meatball sandwiches- pretty much the bomb- and from Joy's blog here.
Sunday- Beef Noodle Supreme- I haven't made this in forever!
Monday- Grilled San Diego Pizza- except i don't have feta cheese- anyone want to let me borrow 4 oz? Thanks Amber- this looks seriously SOOOO good!
And that's it- I think you all want to come live at my house now don't you!
