I didn't even know this day existed! But better late than never. Thursday July 30th is National Cheesecake day this year- and The Cheesecake Factory is celebrating by offering a 1/2 price slice of cheesecake ALL day long! Maybe I'll see some of you there!

Make copies of all your important documents. (Social Security and insurance cards, documents for your valuable possessions like your car and house, etc.) Put them in a ziplock and put them in your 72 hour kit. (Mine is in a bucket, so I tape it to the top of the lid.)
