Kmart Clarification

So I just talked to Kmart corporate and they said all Utah stores were participating. However looking at the ad and talking to other stores, they told me they aren't participating- I am so confused! I hope things get cleared up in the next few days- but at least the corporate office said they were participating, so let's lean on that hopeful side!
