I actually only use the workout videos, but if I wanted to start somewhere with getting in shape, this would definitely help motivate me- like adding stickers to a chart when you did something as a child- except an adult version. They also have what they call a Swimsuit Bootcamp, and a cardio bootcamp. 10 minute workouts anyone can do anywhere without (almost) any extra equipment that will kick you into shape. Who doesn't have 10 minutes to do a workout at home or at work at the end of the day.
I started using these because it was too cold to go running at 7 AM before my husband left for work, and we don't have a treadmill. But now I add it in at least once or twice a week, because it helps work other muscles, and actually is a better workout than running, if you jog in place during the time she marches. My favorite is the Jumpstart cardio. I usually do two of the workouts during one exercise session, but you could just start with one, or do 4 or 5 if you're really ambitious. I hope you have as much fun with it as I have.
